It essentially deals with divergences in the response of magnetic moments below the critical concentration for the percolation of exchange coupling. This generates local clusters of different sizes and non infinite percolating cluster.
The response of large clusters of moments that are connected by exchange couplings can be non analytical, therefore simulate the presence of a magnetic order that cannot exist thermodynamically
