TRIM

TrimSP is optimized for LEM and can be very simply run from http://musruser.psi.ch

SRIM has been installed from SRIM-2013-Std.exe from http://www.srim.org/SRIM/SRIMLEGL.htm on pc34.

• It runs from nautilus (mouse right click and select Open with Wine Windows Program Loader
• Insert muon as Ion H with mass 0.11343 am and Energy 4000 keV
• number of particles simulated (1000 is fine)
• at least one layer on the left, with name, thickness (unit), density
• all involved atoms on the right, by Symbol, Stoichiometry (or percentage).
• Plotting thickness window (automatic)
• Select Ion ranges
• screenshot figures.
